Agreement

By accessing the Aexoryx website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Aexoryx provides managed verified-human programs including AI data labeling, research panels, app growth actions, and community engagement. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and acceptance criteria are defined in a statement of work or order form.

Acceptable use

• Do not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities
• Do not attempt to bypass verification, QA, or security controls
• Do not upload content you lack rights to process

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate briefs, lawful datasets, and timely feedback. You retain ownership of your source materials; Aexoryx receives a license to process them solely to deliver the agreed services.

Fees & payment

Unless otherwise agreed, fees are based on completed and validated actions or milestone deliverables. Invoices are due as stated in your commercial agreement. Late amounts may pause ongoing work.

Disclaimer & liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aexoryx disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement, and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use.
